Salvation

This year has been the pits. I must find new ways to diversify my feelings - in other words if I work my 8 hours, and then don't talk with other people from other places then my good, my bad, my happy, my sad would all be about work.

2010 will be a year of running, a social year to learn more about connecting with others. A new set of others.
