Finished a book
I finally finished Zen and the Art of Running. It took a while. It was so zen, I wanted to stay in the moment, and usually did something else :) I would like to use running as a way to meditate, and to focus on my core. I see that my core is truly the volcano, and my appendages, maintain the heat, but don't create a chaotic fire.
