Happy Winter Solstice!

I ran *5k* on the treadmill. I don't think that machine is calibrated correctly. In some sense this is a good thing because I can't be stuck on a time. If I think I can only run a certain time, it doesn't matter. Maybe I'll push myself to try new time territory. Although, it's good for the treadmill to be miscalculated for that reason, I would prefer a correctly calibrated treadmill. I've run on a couple other treadmills, and this one is too easy. I won't last if I base my training on what is displayed on this treadmill. The treadmill is housed in a bath house converted to a little work out area for my apartment complex. It's a 3 minute walk on a slow day, so I'll use it even though it's not the best equipment.
